Long Covid

I’m back in the gym for the first time in years. I can travel and work, and I am in a process of putting my life back together which seemed utterly unimaginable before now. – Harri, Long Covid

Prior to having ECP in August 2022, I was entirely unable to move unassisted, unable to go to the bathroom alone, unable to get out of bed unassisted, or make my own food with my own hands.

My breathing felt like it may stop altogether at any time and my average heart rate was 100 BPM to 120 BPM resting. I’m back in the gym for the first time in years. I can travel and work, and I am in a process of putting my life back together which seemed utterly unimaginable before now. I still feel tired doing some things, but it is alleviating itself thanks to ECP.
